One of the largest London acquisitions in recent years

Advising the Royal Bank of Scotland on the acquisition of 360,000 sq ft of offices at Land Securities’ Bankside development south of the Thames - including complex planning and construction issues.

Henderson Global Investors

Advising Henderson Global Investors on a pre-let agreement for 124,000 sq ft at British Land’s new 201 Bishopsgate development in the City of London.

Bank of England

Acting for the Bank of England on its regional agency relocation programme.

GVA Grimley

Advising GVA on the acquisition of their new City office at 80 Cheapside, London.

EF Education

Acting for one of the world’s largest private education companies in the relocation of their London HQ to partly refurbished offices in London SW3 from Cadogan Estate and exit strategy from previous HQ.

YO! Sushi’s ongoing expansion programme

Advising YO! Sushi in relation to its ongoing restaurant expansion programme. This encompasses strategic advice on optimum deal structures and all due diligence advice and deal negotiation.

World’s most famous luxury department store, Harrods, on various matters

Acting for Harrods on a claim for negligence arising out of a dilapidations schedule and the installation and maintenance of a multi-million pound security and fire system. The project included a complex financing arrangement.
