Our continued expansion has led the firm to move offices to the well publicised Land Securities’ New Street Square development.

Michael Lingens, Managing Partner, comments: “During the last four years the firm has grown by more than 50% both in terms of turnover and numbers of professional staff. With over 350 people now working at Speechlys, our ambitions for the future demanded larger and more modern premises.

The move to 6 New Street Square sees the start of an exciting new chapter for Speechlys. Moving to open plan offices allows the firm to align the working environment to reflect the ethos of the firm, one of a collaborative team-working culture.”

We occupy floors 1-7 of the new 17 storey, 195,000 sq ft office space on New Fetter Lane, London, EC4. The pre-let of 77,126 sq ft includes the second floor which we have sub-let.
