Mark specialises in intellectual property, IT and commercial agreements.
His work covers internet and e-commerce issues, terms and conditions of business, protection of intellectual property and website, computer hardware and software agreements. Mark also advises on agency, distribution, supply and franchise agreements and on UK and EU competition law.
Mark joined Speechly Bircham in 1998 from Cumberland Ellis Peirs, where he had trained. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1994.
