Introduction

These terms of use are issued by Speechly Bircham LLP, Speechly Bircham AG and Speechly Bircham Pfeiffer. In this website these entities are referred to individually and collectively as ‘Speechly Bircham’, and the words ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean or refer to Speechly Bircham.

Speechly Bircham LLP is a firm of solicitors based in London and is constituted as a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC321620. It is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, whose rules and principles governing solicitors’ conduct are available at www.sra.org.uk.

Speechly Bircham AG is incorporated in Switzerland and is authorised to practise there as a corporate law firm by the supervisory commission for lawyers of the canton of Zurich. All of Speechly Bircham AG's lawyers, including partners, are solicitors regulated by the Solicitors' Regulation Authority, the independent regulatory body of the Law Society of England and Wales.

Speechly Bircham Pfeiffer is a firm of attorneys based in Luxembourg and is constituted as a general partnership under the laws of Luxembourg. It is regulated by the Luxembourg Bar Association.
