Experience:
Jane has over 12 years of experience in advising businesses and investors on tax issues. She works alongside our corporate teams to assist in ensuring we provide tax efficient advice.
Her recent work includes:
- advising property developers on the SDLT and VAT positions of various developments
- advising on a variety on employee incentive matters including share schemes and cross-boarder employment
- advising on tax efficient structures for the sale and purchase of unquoted groups often involving many employee shareholders.
Jane joined Speechly Bircham in 2009 when it merged with Campbell Hooper Solicitors LLP with whom she had been a partner. She has previously worked at KPMG, Bristows and Hammonds.
Interests include skiing, supporting Arsenal FC and travelling.
