George advises on all aspects of commercial property work, with a particular emphasis on investment property and office and retail lettings for clients including two urban landed estates, P&O, PA Consulting Group and GE SeaCo Services.
Significant recent work includes:

advising PA Consulting Group on the property aspects of the £170 million disposal and part leaseback, via an offshore SPV, of its London HQ to a US real estate opportunity fund

advising a consortium of private trusts on the grant of a 99-year reversionary lease at an initial rent of £3.6 million pa, to a major private hospital investor in London.
George joined Speechly Bircham in 2000 from Jeffrey Green Russell in Mayfair, and became a partner in 2007. He trained at Jacksons in Middlesbrough, and was admitted in 1997. George obtained his BA from Sussex and MA from London University.
