Engineering

Our engineering lawyers offer a full service – from the inception of a project through the procurement and construction phases, to the final account negotiations and the resolution of disputes.

Our lawyers have extensive experience of advising on the most suitable procurement routes for individual projects, covering a wide range of infrastructure and processing projects, both in the UK and overseas. In addition to dealing with the multitude of standard form building contracts that are used in the domestic and international arena, we have considerable experience of advising bespoke contracts across all sectors.

We regularly deal with all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, expert determination, arbitration and litigation. Arbitrations have been conducted under a wide range of procedural rules including ICC, LCIA, AAA, NAI and UNCITRAL rules.

We act for parties on both sides: owners, contractors, occupiers, investors, subcontractors and consultants and have been involved in international projects all over the world in Europe and Asia.
