Regeneration
Our highly regarded team of regeneration lawyers is drawn from the core legal disciplines of construction, real estate, planning and corporate. The team has developed a niche reputation for project work in areas of urban renewal, regeneration and mixed-use development.
The multi-disciplinary Regeneration team is equipped with the skills to address every stage of a regeneration project from development appraisal to disposal. This includes functions such as the acquisition of land or opportunity, structuring joint ventures and other strategic alliances, (including the consideration of the taxation implications) funding, the master planning and planning processes and the procurement of construction and consultancy engagements.
Our regeneration clients come from both the public and private sectors and include landowner’s, developers, housebuilders, public authorities, housing associations, investors and banks.
We have an established track record in an ability to understand a development scheme as well as the client’s business and objectives. This enables us to anticipate requirements and sensitivities, whilst advancing the project stages in a timely and efficient manner.
