City law firm Speechly Bircham LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Graeme Kleiner as head of its Contentious Trusts group within the highly regarded Private Client department. He joined on Monday 3 November, bringing the total number of Private Client partners to 18.
Graeme Kleiner joins from Withers LLP, where he was one of the leading partners dealing with complex multi-jurisdictional trust and succession disputes. He has extensive experience in acting for trustees, executors and beneficiaries in contentious trust and succession matters domestically and in all major offshore centres.
Graeme is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and The Charity Law Association. He regularly presents at conferences and contributes to trade journals.
