We have a great deal of experience of conducting high profile and difficult claims in the employment tribunal and the high court relating to discrimination, bonuses, team moves, restrictive covenants, and termination. Also we assist individuals with their contract negotiations including the terms of sign on payments, bonuses and severance terms and we work with our tax and employee incentive team to ensure the terms agreed are tax effective and in line with accepted corporate governance and regulatory guidance. Much of our work has an international dimension and we have expertise relating to business immigration and the formation of international contracts.
