We act on every aspect of commercial, residential and mixed-use development, providing a full-service approach on all matters including planning, environmental and infrastructure issues, sustainability, financing, construction, tax, and letting and disposal processes, including plot sales.

Our experience spans a wide range of sectors, from commercial and industrial property, strategic land and regeneration, to retail and leisure.  Clients include developers in the public and private sectors, such as major housebuilders, institutions undertaking their own developments, funders, occupiers and housing associations.

Our partner-led service means that a dedicated partner co-ordinates and manages the team responsible for each transaction so that our property, planning, construction, tax and environmental specialists work closely together to provide an integrated, seamless approach.
