Our widely recognised construction and engineering group handles a variety of work both in the UK and internationally across all sectors. Acting for developers, contractors and consultants as well as occupiers, investors and lenders, means we understand the issues faced by all parties.

The group adopts a pragmatic, commercial, no frills approach to everything it does, whether advising on complex contractual arrangements or managing a defects claim in a foreign jurisdiction. We are committed to our clients and pride ourselves on our ability to work with them as allies - not just advisers - to deliver the results they need.

Our focus is on the UK real estate and projects & engineering sectors, working in the transport, water, energy, nuclear facilities, process plants, ports and dredging industries. For these sectors, we provide advice on procurement/forms of contract and claims avoidance/dispute resolution.

The disputes we advise on are sophisticated and range across all sectors. We have been involved in adjudications, disputes before the Technology and Construction Court, and mediations in the UK and also arbitrations and other forms of ADR in a number of foreign jurisdictions.
