We have depth of experience in development, as well as in projects & engineering sectors. We have handled a variety of projects in the transport, water, energy, nuclear facilities, process plants, ports and dredging industries. We provide advice on procurement/forms of contract and claims avoidance/dispute resolution.

Our Construction & Engineering team is experienced in resolving disputes in a timely and economical manner, as and when they arise. We have been involved in adjudications, disputes before the Technology and Construction Court, mediations in the UK and abroad, and arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in a number of foreign jurisdictions. Advising PC Harrington on its long-running dispute at the new Wembley Stadium, including handling all elements of proceedings before the Technology and Construction Court up to and including negotiating a settlement of that dispute.

Dispute over allegations of negligent design of infrastructure project
Advising one of the world’s largest technical services providers in relation to both a potential county council dispute over allegations of negligent design in connection with an infrastructure project and a potential claim where the client is working as a project manager on a £250 million gas storage unit.
