Andrea specialises in trust and estates work both onshore and offshore within the Contentious Trust and Estates team.
With a background in commercial litigation, she acts for high net worth individuals and professional trustees. She is regularly instructed to act for trustees and beneficiaries in high value, multi-jurisdictional disputes. She regularly acts for charities defending their legacy income.
Andrea is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and the Charity Law Association.
Andrea joined Speechly Bircham when it merged with Baileys Shaw & Gillett in 1997 and became a partner in June 1999. She trained at Baileys Shaw & Gillett, and was admitted as a solicitor in 1993.
